We are seeking an experienced  Commercial Construction Estimator  to join a well‑established and growing builder specializing in commercial building projects. This is a key role for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the pre‑construction process and influencing project success from day one.

What You’ll Do

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements

Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing

Develop budgets, value engineering options, and risk assessments

Collaborate with project management and leadership teams during pre‑construction

Support bid strategy, scope reviews, and project hand offs

Requirements
What We’re Looking For

7+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction

Strong background estimating commercial buildings (office, retail, mixed‑use, healthcare, education, etc.)

Proven ability to manage estimates from conceptual through hard bid

Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and market pricing

Proficiency with estimating software and Excel

Detail‑oriented, analytical, and deadline‑driven
