This is not a “show up and roll paint” kind of job.

We’re building a tight, high-performing painting crew for a growing residential painting business, and we’re looking for people who take pride in quality work, show up prepared, and want to be part of something that runs professionally and efficiently
.

I’m a 4th year University of Guelph attendee running and scaling this operation locally, and I’m looking for painters who treat the job like a craft - not a side task.

• Interior and exterior residential painting projects
• Surface prep, masking, sanding, patching, and cleanup
• Applying paint with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Working on-site with a small team while being accountable for results
• Communicating professionally with homeowners when needed
• Following clear systems and quality standards on every job

You’ll be trusted to do real work and expected to do it well.

Previous painting experience is an asset but not required
