Job Profile Summary As a General Laborer, you will perform a variety of tasks to support construction, maintenance, and general operations across different projects and locations.
Job Description
· Directly reports to Lead Hand
· Moderate physical complexity with varying task difficulty
· Primarily follows established processes and safety protocols
· Influences project timelines through efficient task completion
· May handle small-scale material budgets for daily tasks
· Responsible for maintaining clean and safe work areas
· Directly impacts project progress and completion timelines
· Plays a key role in material handling and equipment maintenance
· Contributes to the company's reputation through work quality and professionalism
Requirements Experience
· 0-2 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields (beneficial)
· Familiarity with common construction or industrial tools and equipment Education
· High school diploma or equivalent
Technical Knowledge
· Basic understanding of construction or manufacturing processes
· Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices
· Basic math skills for measurements and simple calculations
