We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial building projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands‑on construction professional who takes pride in job site leadership, quality execution, and schedule‑driven results.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial building projects
• Manage day‑to‑day job site operations, sequencing, and coordination of trades
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
• Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure work is completed to plan
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers, inspectors, and design teams
• Ensure quality control from mobilization through project closeout

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Proven background leading commercial building projects (office, retail, healthcare, education, mixed‑use, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules
• Experience managing subcontractors and enforcing job site safety
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to take ownership of the job site and lead by example
