Job Title: Business Analyst

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary:

A fast-growing, Vaughan-based food company, operating multiple brands across retail, food service, and manufacturing throughout the USA and Canada, is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join the team.

This is a key role responsible for supporting executive leadership by analyzing business performance, improving processes, and delivering data-driven insights. This role focuses on financial analysis, budgeting, costing, and pricing, SAP optimization, and strategic decision support to drive efficiency and long-term business growth.

• Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and recommend process and operational improvements.
• Prepare clear, concise reports and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain costing and pricing models, including standard costs and price lists.
• Perform financial, operational, and strategic analysis to support management decision-making.
• Optimize and support the SAP - ERP system to improve data accuracy and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in budgeting, costing, and pricing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
