About The Role
This position assists fellow colleagues, brokers, and companies through ensuring prompt distribution of time-sensitive documents and items. It contributes to improving the overall workflow of the business by delivering all outgoing items from the Woodbridge office and providing efficient and seamless circulation of incoming and outgoing items between various companies and clients.
What You’ll Do
Responsible for all outgoing mail received from Insurance carriers such as applications, cheques, contracts and inforce policy notices.
Responsible for the distribution of policies and mail to brokers and Insurance carriers. This includes mailing various applications, contracts, cheques, claim details, commission statements, Health Welfare and Trust (HWT) mail, and any other outgoing items.
Process Action Centre items
Assist with managing shared mailbox inquiries
Assist with processing, tracking and scanning of incoming new business.
Any other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need for Success
High School Diploma
Up to one year’s related experience.
Proficiency in typing and working with computer applications, including MS suite.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this positions is $35,000 - $37,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
