About The Role
As a New Business Administrator
, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the onboarding of new business while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in an inclusive, team-oriented environment and takes pride in contributing to a high-performing, collaborative culture.
You’ll be responsible for reviewing and processing new business submissions, validating data from vendors, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. It’s a great entry point into the insurance industry with room to learn, grow, and contribute from day one.
What You’ll Do
Efficiently handle incoming new business submissions, whether received electronically or in hard copy.
Thoroughly review and validate data provided by our vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Foster seamless communication with internal teams to address any inquiries related to new business.
Cultivate a deep understanding of various insurance carriers' new business procedures, staying informed of industry developments.
Access comprehensive reference guides to support your tasks and enhance your knowledge base.
Support for our Distribution Services Team
Assist in the distribution of policies and mail to brokers and Insurance carriers
Process Action Centre
Administrative duties as required.

Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
