Senior Accountant

About the Opportunity Reconcile intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Review intercompany transactions for proper counter party identification and ensure accurate elimination in consolidation processes.

Identify, investigate, and resolve incorrectly recorded intercompany transactions.

Provide clear guidance and recommended adjustments to internal teams or external accounting service providers.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely processing of intercompany corrections.

Support month-end and period-end close processes related to intercompany accounting and consolidation.

Identify opportunities to improve intercompany reconciliation processes and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

Maintain appropriate documentation and support for intercompany balances and adjustments.

About You Solid understanding of consolidation accounting, including intercompany eliminations and equity-based transactions.

Strong attention to detail with effective organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial tools.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Several years of experience in intercompany accounting, reconciliations, or consolidation reporting.

Professional accounting designation is required.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Pay Rate $40.00 / Hour
