Overview
We have partnered with our boutique public accounting firm client located in Vaughan with their search for a Senior Accountant for their firm.
This role is open to a hybrid arrangement for a senior person who can be independent.
Responsibilities- Direct communication with clients to resolve accounting and tax issues
- Responsible to compile and produce financial statements
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
- Prepare corporate tax returns for a number of investment companies
- Preparation of Notice

-Readers - Liaising with high net worth clients with some complicated investments
- Some bookkeeping skills required
- CPA Designation
- 6 years of public accounting experience
- Strong accounting experience
- Strong corporate tax knowledge is a must
- Well organized with ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong client service skills
- Experience with:
Tax Prep, Case Ware, Caseview
