Position: Casa Laveni - Front Office Agent (Night Shift)
Casa Laveni  is the  first boutique hotel in Milan by Bohopo Group , an international hospitality group with  over 11 boutique hotels across Europe . Located in  Via dei Bossi , just a few steps from Milan’s Duomo, Casa Laveni is a new boutique hospitality project focused on service quality, operational excellence, and a guest-centric approach.

For our  opening team , we are currently looking for a:

Front Office Agent – Night Shift
The Front Office Agent (Night Shift) will be responsible for ensuring smooth night operations at reception while maintaining a high level of service and attention to guest needs during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities
Manage night-time  Front Office operations  and guest assistance
Handle late check-ins and early check-outs
Monitor reservations and ensure accuracy in the PMS
Act as the main point of contact for guests during the night
Perform basic night audit and reporting activities
Coordinate with security and housekeeping when required
Handle guest issues and emergencies professionally and independently
Ensure a safe, calm and welcoming environment during night hours
Follow hotel procedures and service standards at all times

Requirements
Minimum  1 year of experience  as Front Office Agent or Night Receptionist in boutique or luxury hotels
Fluency in  Italian and English
Knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus
Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage night operations autonomously
Professional, calm and service-oriented attitude

What We Offer
Full-time contract  (3 or 6 months, with possibility of renewal)
Night shift schedule:
23:00–07:30  (30-minute break included)

Work schedule:

Monday to Sunday, with  two rotating days off per week
Salary based on experience
