Role Description
This is an internship role for a Software Implementation Specialist, based on-site in Varanasi. The role involves assisting in the implementation and configuration of software solutions for clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing technical support. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with teams to execute system setup, ensuring the software aligns with customer needs, and delivering clear guidance during onboarding and training sessions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Software Implementation and Technical Support to ensure seamless deployment and operation of software solutions.
Well-developed Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently.
Strong Communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts, deliver training, and provide excellent customer support.
A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn new technologies, and ability to work independently in an on-site setting.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (current enrollment in such programs is acceptable for the internship).
