Scientist / Research Associate – In Vitro Screening & Functional Assays

About the Role
Nuvo Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated scientist/research associate to support  in vitro screening and functional characterization of therapeutic antibodies and drug molecules . The candidate will contribute to  high-throughput screening, cell-based functional assays, and biochemical characterization  to support antibody discovery and lead candidate selection in drug discovery programs.

Key Responsibilities
In Vitro Screening & Functional Assays
Design and execute  high-throughput and medium-throughput screening assays  for monoclonal and bispecific antibodies.
Develop and perform  cell-based functional assays , including:
Receptor binding and signaling assays
Reporter assays
Cytokine release assays
Immune cell activation assays
ADCC / ADCP assays
Antibody Characterization
Perform  binding and affinity characterization  using techniques such as:
ELISA
Flow Cytometry
Other biochemical and immunological assays
Drug Discovery Support
Screen antibody and drug molecule panels to support  lead candidate identification and selection .
Analyze experimental data and prepare scientific reports to support internal research programs.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in:
Mammalian cell culture techniques
Biochemical assays , including:
Western Blotting
Immunoprecipitation
Molecular biology techniques , including:
RNA processing
qPCR
ddPCR
Cloning

Preferred Qualifications
M.Sc. / M.Tech / PhD in  Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
Experience working in  antibody discovery, immunology, or drug discovery laboratories
Familiarity with  flow cytometry and functional immune assays  is highly desirable.
