Experience : 8 to 10 years in Poultry Feed Plant

Roles :
✅Responsible for overall operations of the feed manufacturing plant.
✅Ensuring consistent production of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective poultry feed.
✅Overseeing production planning, quality control, maintenance, inventory, and dispatch.
✅Controlling the quality of raw materials and feed additives.
✅Responsible for technology upgradation
✅Ensuring compliance with FSSAI, safety, and company standards.
✅Lead the plant team, monitors performance, controls costs, and ensures timely supply to farms to support smooth
✅Introducing innovative initiatives in operations.

Qualification and requirements:
✅B.E /

B.Tech ( Mechanical / Electrical )
✅8 to 10 years of experience in Poultry Feed Plant
✅Ability to lead a team of junior colleagues
✅Good inter-personal and communication skills
