Senior Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

Production & Process Management
Oversee production processes and maintenance of all ampoule equipment.
Plan and execute monthly production schedules, yield improvement activities, machine maintenance, modifications, shutdown jobs, and material planning.
Coordinate with Production Planning and related departments (Engineering, Quality, SCM, Utility, Stores, HR) for smooth operations.

Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to GMP and all applicable guidelines, and internal SOPs.
Drive CAPA, root-cause analysis, and maintain documentation control (BMRs, BPRs).
Lead internal and external audits (customer, regulatory, etc.) and ensure audit readiness.

Continuous Improvement & Projects
Lead improvement projects, cost analysis, and implement Lean/TPM/Six Sigma initiatives.
Identify bottlenecks and enhance productivity, equipment maintenance, and process flows.

Safety & EHS
Establish, implement, and improve IMSU/EHS systems as per latest guidelines.
Promote health, safety, and environment programs across work areas.
Ensure staff are trained in safe practices and procedures.

Team Management & Training
Manage manpower planning and resource allocation.
Identify training needs, coordinate with HR, and impart technical training to operators, technicians, and supervisors.
Oversee training and development of team members.

Quality & Customer Focus
Ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
Attend customer visits and address technical queries.

Technical Skills Required

Glass Technology, Process, Production and Operations, TPM, Manpower Management, Vision Inspection Systems, Packaging.

Competencies Required

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of mentoring teams and handling high-pressure situations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple compliance requirements simultaneously.
High level of integrity and discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI and Power Point.
