Import Export Executive

We are looking for experienced Import–Export professionals with experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry, to Join our Supply Chain team at
Micro CRISPR Pvt Ltd .

Open Positions
∙Job title - Senior Officers /Assistant Manager ( Export - Import)
∙Location – Vapi, Gujarat
∙Industry – Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology

Key Responsibilities
∙Arrange and manage international shipments; coordinate with freight
forwarders, shipping lines, and carriers, and track shipments to ensure timely
delivery.
∙Ensure all import activities comply with international trade laws, customs
regulations, tariff classifications, and regulatory requirements
∙Prepare, review, and manage import documentation including customs
declarations, shipping manifests, invoices, and compliance paperwork .
∙Liaise with international suppliers, CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and
shipping lines to ensure smooth flow of goods
∙Handle import related problem resolution including shipment delays,
custom queries, and documentation discrepancies.
∙Maintain accurate records of import transactions and prepare regular management reports on shipment status and activities
∙Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements to
streamline import operations.

Experience
∙Officer: 1.5 – 2 years of relevant Import–Export experience
∙Assistant Manager: 5 – 7 years of relevant Import–Export experience

Preferred Background
∙Experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry
