Scrub Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Support:

- Assist surgeons during orthopedic surgeries (particularly knee and hip replacements) as a scrub nurse.
- Ensure proper handling and sterilization of instruments before, during, and after surgery.
- Provide technical support to surgeons and hospital staff for Meril’s orthopedic implant systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Maintain detailed surgical reports and feedback from hospitals/surgeons.

Business Development & Marketing:

- Work closely with the regional sales team to identify new business opportunities and support existing clients.
- Participate in workshops, live surgeries, and conferences to promote Meril’s orthopedic portfolio.
- Gather market insights, competitor information, and feedback for strategic planning.
- Support distributors and sales partners in product promotion and customer engagement.

Experience:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse in Orthopedic Surgery (knee and hip arthroplasty preferred).
- Experience in assisting surgeons and handling orthopedic implants and instruments.
- Exposure to international assignments will be an added advantage.
