Job Summary
The Admission Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end university application process for students,
ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high-quality student experience. This role involves close coordination with students, internal teams, and partner universities to drive successful admissions and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on partner universities and guide them toward suitable programs based on their academic background and career goals.
Manage end-to-end application processing for partner universities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Review, verify, and validate student documents prior to submission to ensure compliance with university requirements.
Coordinate with students, internal stakeholders, partner universities, and agents to resolve queries and ensure smooth application flow.
Track application progress and proactively follow up to ensure timely updates, offers, and decisions.
Maintain and update application status, offer letters, acceptances, and enrollments on CRM systems and university portals.
Support students post-offer, including acceptance, enrollment confirmation, and onboarding-related guidance.
Make outbound calls to students, agents, and partner institutions as required to facilitate application progress.
Adhere to internal processes, compliance standards, and partner university guidelines at all times.
Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support team objectives and business needs.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
Prior experience in admissions, student counseling, or education consulting is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Comfortable working with CRM systems, application portals, and documentation processes.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Preferred Attributes
Experience working with international universities or study-abroad platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
High level of ownership, accountability, and adaptability
