• This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to shape the voice of countless products, transforming essential information into captivating narratives that resonate with shoppers and drive sales.
• Under close supervision, develop the skills to manage a high volume of daily content deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Accurately and comprehensively translate product details into customer‑friendly, sales‑focused copy that highlights key benefits.
• Become proficient in established content guidelines and digital platforms to ensure all necessary information is consistently and correctly entered.
• Verify the accuracy and appropriateness of all visual content associated with products, adhering to brand style guides.
• Proactively identify and flag potential issues, collaborating with senior team members to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct research into individual products and broader market trends to ensure content remains relevant, fresh, and compelling.
• Collaborate with your supervisor for daily task assignments and content approvals, fostering a continuous learning environment.

• A strong aptitude for writing and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to transform information into clear, engaging copy.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to manage a heavy workload efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Entry level role – 1+ year of copywriting experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, adapting to established content guidelines.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with data entry or content input.
• A passion for creating compelling customer experiences through written content.
