Momentous Health at Vandalia is seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on both Day and Night 12-hour shifts. If you’re committed to providing excellent clinical care and want to work in a supportive, resident-centered environment, we want YOU on our team.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (with shift differential)

• Provide high-quality skilled nursing care

• Perform assessments and monitor for changes in condition

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Collaborate with STNAs and the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and providers

• Complete thorough, regulatory-compliant documentation
