Hours:

7AM-3PM

The role will be responsible for supporting facility safety programs while performing duties related to unloading inbound receipts, stock put-a-ways, loading, and supporting operations through material movements throughout the distribution operation.

• Complete all required safety and regulatory training as applies.
• Ability to support front/back/pull to the lines.
• Ability to support secondary packaging/blending operations (will train).
• Staging of Finished Goods for outbound shipment to DHL in designated area.
• Unloading of inbound shipments.
• Train on High Reach for put away of inbound materials.
• Ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Maintain forklift and other lifting devices as required, including battery changing/charging, water levels and charging areas, related equipment, as it applies.
• Interface with all levels of personnel in a positive, team building manner.
• Work from established procedures and/or verbal instructions, radio communications.
• Maintain work areas in a neat and orderly condition in accordance with the Visual Management and 5S Standards.
• Follow all prescribed Health, Safety and Environmental laws, OSHA, rules and regulations.
• Escalate all issues affecting the key metrics:
  Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned due to business needs.

• Self-direction with an emphasis on quality and productivity
• Possess decision making and problem-solving skills with little to no direction
• Communication, basic computer skills, and basic math skills.
• 2+ years’ experience operating in a warehouse setting.
• 2 + years’ experience on Stand-up counterbalance forklifts including current experience within the last 12 calendar months.
• Skilled in SAP/WMS and functionality of Windows Tablet (i.e. material look up)

• This is a normal liquid/bottle fill manufacturing environment. In a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Active loading dock areas can experience below freezing temperatures and high heat depending on the season.

• Weight:
  Lifting up to 60 LBS., with the ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Job requires:
  Leadership skills, Analytics, Self-direction, problem solving, attention to detail and communication and the ability to be self-driven to continually learn.
• Physical capabilities:
  Stretching, lifting, climbing, twisting, turning, standing, pulling, pushing, reaching and bending.

The pay rate for this position is up to USD $21.50/Hr. per hour
