Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the production process, ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with specified procedures and guidelines.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as supply chain, quality control, and logistics to ensure a seamless production process.
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of all production operations, including production schedules, material usage, and equipment maintenance records.
  • Identifying and addressing any issues or inefficiencies in the production process, implementing solutions as necessary.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Complying with all industry regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Participating in regular team meetings, providing updates on production operations and contributing to strategic planning discussions.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • A proven track record of managing production operations, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed production records.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in the production process.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with other departments and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • A strong commitment to safety and compliance, with a thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Engineering, is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
