Role

Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Distribution Center Manager is responsible for the efficient operations of the distribution center in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures, including operational efficiency, facilities management, internal and external customer service, and management/development of staff. The Distribution Center Manager ensures excellent service to all stakeholders by ensuring the on-time, complete and accurate delivery of products.

This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who is self-directed, a strong collaborator, critical problem solver, and who enjoys owning a wide breadth of responsibilities. Supervisors and Team Leaders report directly to this position.

** The essential duties and responsibilities of the Distribution Center Manager will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

* Oversee receiving, physical inventory, and shipment of products.

* Oversee facilities maintenance and upkeep.
