We are seeking a Civil Litigation Senior Attorney to join an expanding law firm in Dayton, Ohio. This role involves leading complex civil litigation cases, managing a diverse caseload, and mentoring junior attorneys. You will play a key role in shaping case strategy and professional development within the firm.

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, including trials, with a strong record of success, defense preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing junior attorneys.
• OH Bar admission in good standing.
• Lead and manage civil litigation cases in both state and federal courts.
• Oversee all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents, and prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Develop case strategies to achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Supervise and provide constructive feedback to junior attorneys, ensuring high-quality work product.
• Maintain clear, strategic communication with clients regarding case progress, objectives, and billing.
