• Financial Reporting & Analysis – Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes, deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting to guide strategic decision‑making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead site‑level budget development and forecasting procedures to align with organizational goals.
• Risk Management & Compliance – Identify financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, serve as the Site Compliance Officer and ensure all activities comply with legal requirements, corporate guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Cost & Capital Control – Manage site expenditures, including Cap Ex, credit, and operational costs, ensuring they remain within approved budgetary limits.
• Strategic Leadership – Act as a key member of the site leadership team, contributing to profitability measures and long‑term site health.
• Process Improvement – Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Maintain strong partnerships with external vendors and banks while coordinating closely with global business units, corporate HQ, and shared service centers (tax, treasury, credit).
• Audit Support – Facilitate and support both internal and external audit requirements to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Mentorship & Coaching – Provide direct guidance and professional development to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
