• Operate or assist with asphalt pavers, rollers, and other equipment
• Help install smooth, durable asphalt surfaces for driveways, roads, parking lots, and more

• Set up job sites safely and efficiently
• Assist in grading, drainage setup, and preparing gravel foundations before paving

• Help ensure all paving meets quality standards and project specifications
• Work on both residential and commercial jobs – including schools, parks, athletic tracks, and subdivisions

• Work closely with a crew and foreman to get the job done right
• Follow directions clearly and communicate effectively with others on-site

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet for long periods
• Follow all safety guidelines to keep yourself and your team safe
