Warehouse Associate – Vancouver, Washington
Green Sheen Paint — an Inc. 5000 company and national leader in paint recycling — is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Vancouver, WA
. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting daily warehouse operations as part of our expanding nationwide footprint.
This is a hands‑on warehouse role focused on forklift operation, material handling, order fulfillment, and general warehouse support. You’ll work closely with warehouse leadership and teammates to ensure safe, efficient, and organized daily operations.
This position directly supports Green Sheen’s mission of keeping paint out of landfills and producing high‑quality, eco‑friendly recycled latex paint.
Responsibilities:- Assist with warehouse operations.
- Load, unload, move, and stack pallets and materials.
- Assist with receiving and shipping inbound and outbound products.
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for distribution.
- Perform basic inventory checks and assist with inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse and operational tasks as needed.
- Prior warehouse or material handling experience required.
- Forklift experience preferred (certification is a plus)
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
- Basic computer skills a plus.
- Truck driving experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to work extended hours or overtime when needed.
