Our Swing Picking employees are a huge part of making Maletis Beverage successful. As a part of our picking team you will get to play a game of Tetris on a daily basis stacking pallets. We use our voice‑activated system to help glide through your order selections! It’s a job that involves both teamwork and the ability to fulfill goals on your own and a great attitude.

We’re looking for a Full‑Time Swing Picker for our Vancouver, WA team. Do you have the drive and dedication it takes to make a difference? • Being both team oriented and self‑starters
• This is a very physical position, requiring repetitive lifting of 20‑25 pounds of product and standing on your feet for long periods of time
• Using pallet jacks and bendi forklifts to move product
• Using a headset to pick orders

• Experience using riding pallet promotion jack and forklift preferred

Pay starting at $19.20 an hour and increases based on number of hours worked.

Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the Maletis' benefits program (Medical, Dental, Vision, & rear Retirement: Supplemental Income 401K and Teamster Pension Trust) following 90 days of employment. You will  automatically enrolled in the life insurance plan that the company provides to you, free of charge, following 90 days of employment.

• Vacation. As a full‑time employee, you will receive vacation pay in the amount of 40 hours following 1 year of service. Annually on your anniversary date, you will receive للdrop of vacation hours based on your tenure with the company.
• SBackground Time. Full‑time employees begin accruing 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked and can carryover up to 40 hours annually. Hours are available to use after 90 days of employment.ãos
• Holidays. Following 90 working days, you are eligible for the 6 holidays that Maletis observes.
