Position Overview

We are seeking experienced solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated fleet offering high pay, consistent miles, and weekly home time
. This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy staying active and combining driving with hands‑on work.

Freight Type: Dry freight — hand unloaded using rollers

Activity Level: Active — perfect for drivers who want hands‑on work along with driving

Compensation & Pay

Average weekly pay: $2,024

Top weekly pay: $2,560

Average annualized earnings: $105,263

Top annualized earnings: $133,137

Pay structure: Hourly compensation + Safe & On‑Time Bonus

Hourly Rates: $29–$31 depending on experience

Reliable, year‑round dedicated freight

Schedule & Home Time

Home weekly — 34‑hour reset

Days off vary based on freight demands

Includes both day and night shifts

Holiday season may impact time off; flexible scheduling during peak periods

Equipment

Assigned equipment — trucks cannot be taken home if outside of authorized parking

Drivers must have a safe and secure location for truck parking if they live more than 50 miles from the fleet terminal

Weekly pay via direct deposit

Paid orientation and onboarding

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL

Minimum 3 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience
