General Responsibilities
Reporting to the Specialized Transportation Director, the Driver Trainer position is on an "as needed basis".
Salary:
This position pays $27.26 - $33.16 per hour. Offers are made at the entry level of the range.
Effective September 1, 2025, the new hourly range will be $27.94 - $33.99.
Assignment:
This position will work on call, as needed. The person in this position will need to be available to travel throughout the ESD 112 service region to provide training to new School Bus Drivers. This will include travel throughout Clark, Cowlitz, and Klickitat counties. Work related travel will be reimbursed in accordance with ESD 112 travel policies and procedures.
