NUCO Water, an Ecolab Company, has an immediate need for a Customer Delivery Specialist. The primary responsibility is providing safe, reliable delivery of chemicals to customers, plants, and warehouse locations. The position requires operating a diesel, multi‑geared bobtail truck/pup and/or tractor‑trailer combination vehicle across congested city highways, rolling and mountainous terrain, and rural roads. Preventative maintenance of all delivery vehicles is also a key component of the role.

• Compensation: $34 – $36 per hour average

• Operate tractor‑trailer chemical delivery vehicles
• Deliver within a 500 to 700‑mile radius from plant location
• Operate delivery trucks, tank trunks, and over‑the‑road trucks as required
• Maintain driver's hours of service using Samsara and/or paper log book reporting
• Load trailers and schedule daily runs to meet customer delivery requirements
• Perform daily and periodic mechanical and safety inspections to keep equipment safe and operable
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date delivery location maps and operate in accordance with DOT regulations and homeland security guidelines for hazardous materials
• Communicate regularly with sales and supervisors to report field problems and safety hazards
• Follow Zero‑Defect Delivery procedures for all assignments
• Always wear appropriate safety gear during delivery operations
• Stay current on safety techniques and improve driving and safety skills
• Recognize and avoid safety hazards in the work environment

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with no restrictions, including Haz Mat & Tanker
• At least 3 years of commercial driving experience compliant with FMCSA and DOT regulations
• 3 years of an acceptable motor vehicle record
• Willingness to travel 3–5 days per week, home on weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.

• Experience operating forklifts, drum dollies, trailer hoists, chemical pumps, hoses, meters, printers, and gauges
• Experience handling products in bulk, drums, Porta‑Feeds, and mini/micro‑feed units
• Ability to back and parallel park bulk tankers, straight trucks, semi‑trucks, and trailers into narrow passages through expensive industrial equipment
• Knowledge of equipment compliant with FMCSA and DOT regulations for hazardous materials transportation

$34–$36 per hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
