Key Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement of Whole Team Quality practices and establish quality processes aligned with Agile goals Develop and maintain automated test suites using modern frameworks, leveraging AI for optimized test coverage Conduct hands-on exploratory and API testing, and mentor team members on automation best practices
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Engineering or Test Automation Development 2+ years of experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks using C#, Python, Java, or similar Strong experience with API testing tools such as Postman and REST Assured
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies for test environment management
