• Union pay with annual earnings ranging from $90,000 to $105,000

• Operate and maintain advanced equipment including wall saws, wire saws, core drills, flat saws, and hand saws

• Lead complex concrete cutting and demolition projects on commercial and industrial jobsites

• Operate specialized equipment including wall saws, core drills, wire saws, flat saws, and related tools

• Supervise small crews in the field and mentor apprentices

• Perform core drilling, concrete sawing, cutting, and removal in a variety of jobsite conditions

• Use rigging techniques and communicate effectively with crane operators

• Operate support equipment such as skid steers, excavators, man lifts, forklifts, and telehandlers

• Follow all company and site safety standards to maintain a safe work environment

• Work occasional nights, weekends, or travel out of town as projects require

• Position is based out of Portland, Oregon and supports projects throughout Vancouver, Washington and the surrounding region

Hiring Expectations:

• 7 to 10 years of concrete cutting experience in commercial or industrial environments

• Strong proficiency with diamond cutting and demolition tools including wall saws, core drills, flat saws, and wire saws

• Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment in the field

• Experience with rigging practices and crane communication

• Demonstrated ability to lead crews and support the development of apprentices

• Experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, forklifts, and similar machinery

• Valid driver’s license

• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and travel as needed

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 45 pounds or more and work in varying weather conditions

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

• Basic math skills are helpful, training provided
