Our client is a well-established restoration company based in Vancouver, WA, known for providing high-quality restoration services throughout the region. They specialize in water, fire, and mold remediation and are looking to add a reliable, experienced Lead Technician to their team.
Position Overview:
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced water loss technician. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee a team of technicians in the field. This position requires someone who is highly dependable, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple jobs while maintaining top-tier service quality.
Lead TechnicianResponsibilities
- Manage restoration projects from initial inspection to completion
- Manage, train and mentor technicians under your supervision to meet and exceed technician and service systems protocols.
- Respond to emergency calls within the prescribed time frame. Inspect the loss using IR imaging and moisture meters.
- Ensure all work meets IICRC standards and client expectations
- Accurately document all job details using TPA platforms
- Communicate clearly with property owners, insurance reps, and internal staff
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Must hold current IICRC certification
- TPA experience is required
- Successful record leading and inspiring teams
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience as a water loss lead technician
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
