Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coffee & Espresso Machine Technician to join our team in Portland, OR. As a rapidly growing company, we are dedicated to providing high-quality coffee and espresso machines to our clients, and we need a talented technician to help us maintain and repair these machines.
Key Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, and repair coffee and espresso machines for commercial clients
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with machines, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
- Train clients on proper use and maintenance of their machines
- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in coffee and espresso machine technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a coffee and espresso machine technician
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment
We offer a competitive salary of $20-$30 hourly, with potential for overtime and bonuses. This equates to a yearly salary range of $41,600-$62,400. In addition, we provide benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
