Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Flooring Installers for projects located in the Vancouver, WA area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is based on experience and skill level. If you are a Flooring Installer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to further your career!
Job Scope:
* Measure, prepare & install a variety of residential and commercial flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet
* Prepare subfloors
* Remove existing flooring
* Cut materials to fit around obstacles
* Apply adhesives
* Set materials as needed
* Surface preparation, layout, alignment, and finish work
* Operating hand and power tools safely
* Maintaining clean and organized work areas
