JOIN OUR TEAM! The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is currently seeking a full time In-Store Loss Prevention Officer to help protect our stores.

• Greet Customers
• Always Remain Professional
• Relationship Building Skills with Store Management, Personnel, Customers and Local Law Enforcement
• Handle Stressful, Unpredictable, and Potentially Dangerous Situations with Rational Judgment
• Manage Conflict and Safety Issues
• Patrol Inside Perimeter Periodically
• Work Independently

• At Least Two (2) Years Previous Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Law Enforcement, or Military
• Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Independent Local Travel
• Background Check
• Ability to Spend up to 100% of Working Hours Standing/Walking
• Strong Communication Skills
• Must Have Conflict Resolution and De-Escalation Skills
• Able to Identify Suspicious Behavior

Schedule:

Tuesday thru Saturday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Starting hourly wage: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
