Inside Sales Representative

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Cold call, email and text potential prospects.
• Arrange meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.
• Persuade customers to purchase company products by highlighting product benefits and key features.
• Build and maintain solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and vendors to encourage purchases.
• Promptly submit purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
• Follow up with customers to inquire whether purchased products meet their expectations.
• Fill out the necessary paperwork and obtain customers' signatures to complete each sale.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints.
