We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative - Key Accounts to join our growing organization!

Qualifications General Position Summary

The Junior Inside Sales Representative (JISR) is responsible for providing essential support for the Inside Sales Representatives, the Key Accounts Sales and Customer network. Their focus will be to provide a high level of support to our customer network and our Inside and Outside Sales team to facilitate the efficient processing and shipping of Purchase orders or quotes.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Handle inbound phone and email inquiries using customer service skills.
  • Contact customers, vendors, and other departments to efficiently coordinate and administer Purchase Orders.
  • Utilize  to create opportunities and quotes for customers, as well as manage inbound sales leads.
  • Manage all aspects of Purchase Orders including processing, booking, and coordinating shipping & installation.
  • Provide information to customers regarding inventory levels, shipping and tracking and other order-related tasks.
  • Keep in daily contact with ISRs, sales representatives and customers regarding order status and problem resolutions.
  • Assist with managing the logistic, shipping and installation communications with sales and customers throughout the order fulfillment process.
  • Assist with managing the Risk and Revenue for Key Accounts and lead the weekly Risk and Revenue meeting.
  • Works directly with customers along with the Product Management team on custom Throwdown Rig configurations.
  • Meets weekly with the service team and leasing team to schedule Install Service visits for each week and track Lease PO approvals.
  • Assist with coordination and problem solving for International Key Account orders.
  • Ability to set up new accounts and opportunities.
  • Assist with creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) when necessary.
  • Enter orders into Oracle and / or Salesforce. This involves placing the order, setting up the appropriate delivery method, and verifying the status of the order and delivery. Responsible for obtaining missing information and following up with the Inside Sales Representative regarding other PO related matters.
  • Work with the Insides Sales Representative to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding order status.
  • Provide information to Inside Sales Representative regarding inventory levels, shipping and tracking and other order related tasks.
  • Assist Inside Sales Representative with all aspects of entering and shipping Purchase orders through Sales Force and Oracle, from beginning to end.
  • Plan, coordinate and communicate shipments with our Distribution Centers.
  • Move orders on hold by designated deadlines and research backorder ETA’s.
  • Ensure that Scheduled Ship Dates on orders are aligned with ship sets and appropriate shipping costs, when applicable.
  • Assist Inside Sales representative with freight and install quotes.
  • Perform various data entry functions throughout the day.
  • Provides support to other Team members when needed.
  • Additional duties or projects may be assigned.
