Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Salesperson to generate new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders
- Conduct needs assessments and present customized product or service solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align sales strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (industry‑specific experience a plus)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with executives and business leaders
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and results‑driven
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to travel as needed (if applicable)
- Experience in consultative or solution‑based selling
- Established network within relevant industry
- Experience managing long sales cycles
