We are currently looking to build a team of incredible relationship builders, conversation havers’ and wireless technology gurus. A key member of this team is our Senior Wireless Sales Expert who is responsible for supervising the customer experience and removing obstacles for our employees and guests. The Senior Wireless Sales Expert is technology savvy, sales-focused, and laser-focused on guest satisfaction.

Our Senior Retail Wireless Sales Specialists earn between $19 and $22.25/hour, plus uncapped commission. On average most employees work 30 to 39 hours per week, with a typical schedule around 35 hours.

• Brand Ambassador – Ensure the center is comfortable, welcoming, and open for guests. Reflect our core value of Happy Employee – Happy Customer.
• Relationship Builder – Build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership. Practice active listening, solution-finding, and conversation initiation.
• Product and Services Expert – Receive world-class training and translate technology into real-world conversations. Explain concepts clearly and stay informed through meetings and training.
• Obstacle Remover – Make decisions to help customers get what they need and ensure the team has the tools and resources. Handle escalations or technology troubles with knowledge and solution-focused delivery.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of retail management (keyholder) experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience in the wireless industry.
  • Experience operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Schedule and Attendance:
  • Retail Store is open six to seven days a week with hours typically 9 am to 6 pm.
  • We aim to provide a balanced schedule with time for family and friends.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items (standing for 6–8 hours).
  • Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise.
  • Light cleaning responsibilities to keep the store guest-ready.

• Minimum Salary: $42,000
• Maximum Salary: $52,500

Salary ranges may vary by location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
