Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- Assisting and selling to our customers while providing an exemplary customer experience and building loyalty by:
- Approaching customers with confidence and assessing their needs and concerns by building a genuine relationship.
- Building trust by answering questions, educating, and offering solutions that pave the way for a potential T‑Mobile sale.
- Assessing and recommending the right plan while guiding the customer through the onboarding process.
- Using knowledge to find the right phone, mobile technology, and rate‑plan package.
- Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
- Becoming skilled through training and development to become an operational, customer‑service, and sales expert by:
- Receiving merchandise, totaling bills, accepting payments, and making change.
- Performing all required opening and closing duties.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue and profit targets.
- Researching and memorizing T‑Mobile's product and service lineup.
- Utilizing training to become a Mobile Expert.
- Supporting the team, keeping the store's appearance and technology knowledge up to date.
- Consistently acting in the best interest of the company.
Sales $17.13 - $29.20 / hour (hourly wage with potential commission).
