We are looking for motivated and competitive individuals who enjoy being a part of as well as building Teams and Growing a Business.

For this position we offer a highly competitive compensation package that consists of a base, monthly bonus, and individual performance incentives with a minimum guarantee of $23/hour for 6 months, so you have the time needed to learn our business during your training (however, with our incentivized compensation program you can earn up to the equivalent of $27/hour during this time guarantee period.)

You will also earn on average 5 hours per week of overtime.

The gross pay range of $55,000 to $80,000 is the current actual range of total compensation for our Assistants to our Store Managers.

As a Batteries Plus Manager in Training
, you will be responsible for learning all the products, services, sales processes, and operational needs of the business. The goal is for you to quickly become an asset to the branch manager and the rest of the team. You'll be in an energetic store environment while you learn the necessary skills. A "Yes we can help you with that" and smile can go a long way, and we believe our sales associates have the power to be the best moment in each customer's day.

No prior experience with batteries or light bulbs is required as we will take care of the training, all you need is a background in exceptional customer service & selling with leadership and management experience. As part of our investment in your long-term success with our company, we will provide 3 to 4 weeks of dedicated training to help you learn our products, systems, customer service expectations, and sales incentive opportunities available to you with a dedicated new hire trainer.
