The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role
Lead business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations—including opening and closing routines—and drive process efficiency. Assistant managers leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. They also lead talent development, from recruiting and training to engagement and development, embodying a culture of growth and opportunity.
