Base Pay Range$17.00/hr – $22.18/hr
Job Responsibilities- Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.

- Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals and monitor quality‑assurance standards.

- Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
- Effective communication skills.
- Any retail experience.
- Second language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing).
- Provide a welcoming environment and answer product questions.
- Gain and maintain knowledge of department products; make suggestions to customers.
- Recommend items and inform customers of specials.
- Check product quality; review sell‑by dates and take action.
- Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
- Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to manager.
- Display a positive attitude.
- Stay current with present, future, seasonal, and special ads.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers; keep logs.
- Reinforce safety programs and identify unsafe conditions.
- Practice preventive maintenance and report needed repairs.
- Notify management of customer or employee accidents, safety risks, or illegal activity.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
