Job Overview

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals and monitor quality assurance standards.

• Provide a welcoming environment and answer questions about products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and make suggestions to customers.
• Offer product samples and inform customers of special promotions.
• Review product dates and inventory the department merchandise.
• Report ordering discrepancies and monitor safety programs.
• Maintain a positive attitude and comply with company safety procedures.
• Act with honesty, integrity and follow directions.
• Provide support to minors and those with special needs.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Retail experience.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic math proficiency.
