Position Overview

Assistant Store Manager – Responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Hourly rate ranges from $19.13 to $19.38, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Maintain guest services excellence.
• Assist the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations.
• Develop and lead staff to achieve sales goals.
• Control expenses and reduce shrinkage.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Prior retail or management experience required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day.
