Job DescriptionThe Springs at The Waterfront is building a team of talented individuals to provide 5‑star service. Come be a part of our team of classically trained hospitality professionals. We offer residents and guests multiple dining venues in an up‑scale environment, with award‑winning cuisine, and stunning views.
If you have fine‑dining, barista or bartending experience, and a passion for hospitality, we would love to meet you!
- 5-star table service
- Light bartending preferred

- Attention to detail and sanitation
- Beer, wine, cocktail, and food menu knowledge
- Empathize and understand our residents have specific needs
- 1+ years of previous fine dining experience preferred
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- Wine and alcohol service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn
The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Dining Room Server position, with an hourly wage of $18.50‑$24 depending on experience. (This is a non-tipping environment.)
