The Homebuyer Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for home buyers after a Purchase Agreement has been executed, guiding them through the construction and closing process. This role ensures a smooth transaction by coordinating communication between the buyer and various Lennar departments while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
  • Serve as the buyer’s point of contact from the execution of the Purchase Agreement through construction and closing.
  • Drive backlog management by proactively reaching out to home buyers and coordinating transactions through the close of escrow.
  • Set clear and concise expectations with home buyers, providing timely updates on the status of their build while addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate introductions and meetings between home buyers and key departments, including Mortgage, Title, Construction, Sales, and Closing.
  • Ensure all sales files and necessary documents are complete, compliant, and prepared for successful closings.
  • Facilitate and track all Salesforce Purchase Agreement milestones, including:
    • Conditional Loan Approval.
    • Scheduling Dusty Shoe Walks in coordination with the Construction Manager and Homebuyer (typically at foundation completion, though timing may vary by product type).
    • Tracking milestone meetings with the Construction Manager, Customer Care, Buyer, Mortgage Company, and Closing Attorney.
    • Coordinating document signing to ensure an on-time closing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in homebuilding, real estate, mortgage, or related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements

Regular, in‑person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. May require the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds.

Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $18.04 - $31, subject to adjustment based on business‑related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
