Emergency Veterinarian – Pacific Northwest Pet ER & Specialty Center (Vancouver, WA) within Ethos Veterinary Health. 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital serving Vancouver, WA and the greater Portland area. State-of-the-art facility opened in 2021 with advanced diagnostics (CT, MRI, endoscopy, fluoroscopy), a critical care unit with separate canine & feline ICUs, and specialty support across departments. We foster a collaborative, supportive, and mentorship-driven culture.

  Schedule:
  
  ~12 shifts/month (rotating day, swing, and overnight)
• Opportunity to rotate through hospitalist and receiving shifts
• Competitive Base Salary + Production: 140-150k base, plus production
• Sign-On Bonus
• CE Compensation and included memberships to VIN and VECCS
• Robust Support Staff:
  Including 3 VTS technicians (All in ECC)
• Growth & Mentorship:
  Leadership and clinical development teams on the floor

We are seeking a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join the ER team. The role is ideal for a skilled, compassionate doctor who thrives in a fast-paced setting and values teamwork, continued learning, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of pets and their families.

• Licensed DVM in good standing (or eligibility)
• Emergency or critical care experience preferred but not required for all levels
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and client service
