Responsibilities- Provide care‑based nursing, phone triage (routine, urgent and post‑op patients), catheter changes, voiding trials, wound care, and patient education.
- Urology experience preferred.
- Assist in scheduling and workflow organization.
- Primary location: 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave – Vancouver, WA 98664).
- Additional coverage may be required at Salmon Creek (2525 NE 139th Street – Vancouver, WA 98686).
- Schedule:
Four 10‑hour days, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (day off TBD).
$44.65 – $52.35 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements- Active unencumbered Washington RN license, or meet multi‑state licensure requirements (active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if using multi‑state licensure).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for health care providers.
- Effective communication with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow.
$40.83 – $61.24.
